Caregivers of LA was the only company that started the proccess right away and we had some one at the home at 7pm that evening. I had contacted other companys who said that they would contact me but didnt follow up until late that day or even the next day explaining that because of Mardigras they were having trouble staffing. Renee went right to work, taking my information and reassuring me that we would have the care mom needed and we did! Staff were caring, competent and consistent.
